I am always greeted courteously. I always feel confident, assured the account representative is knowledgeable, willing to help me resolve any issues, if any. I have very basic insurance, but I still feel like a priority, valued as a customer.

Had a claim on our camper in 2025. Small damage done at a campground, on a fiberglass panel on the lower side of the vehicle. Progressive was very swift at getting the vehicle repaired, at a reputable body shop. I couldn't ask for a better experience with their agent that came to my home,and with the whole procedure.

Very Happy. They answered all of my questions. They were prompt and accurate. If I ever have to file a claim, I am sure there will be no issues.
