I am a new client/customer with Progressive. Progressive understand and accepted my needs. Each person has a different car driving experience and each car has a different coverage. Hence, it is difficult to elect the best coverage suitable for a person's needs.

Progressive saved us from a bad situation with the company we'd been with for 40 years by quickly changing our home and auto over with better coverage at a far better rate. It was amazing.. Our daughter's household switched immediately too!

I've been with my agent who set me up with progressive for years. I have her saved in my contacts as just her first name. Now that I'm set up with progressive any time I've had any questions I've been treated in a very friendly, personal manner. Everything is handled quickly and professionally but everything is also explained to me very simply every step of the way (with plenty of time for some witty banter and a few laughs to boot).
