Had a claim on our camper in 2025. Small damage done at a campground, on a fiberglass panel on the lower side of the vehicle. Progressive was very swift at getting the vehicle repaired, at a reputable body shop. I couldn't ask for a better experience with their agent that came to my home,and with the whole procedure.

shopping was easy, but customer care was not helpful as I expected. But overall shopping experience was good. Customer care had same access as what I had during the shopping.
